I've had a thought, maybe this could be a prequel to LFB, only more serious (I mean in terms of playing. But maybe we could have more mature jokes). It is possible, as some of the characters have come from LFB (Beo, Canti, etc), but there will be very few relations between the two. Anyway, here are Canti's stats.

Name: Canti
Age: 17
Appearace: Same as in LFB (but without Halo and wings)
Theme song: Soft Machine (From Gitaroo Man, rare song, ask me on aim to download)
Race: Human
Role in party: White Mage
Background: (This will be the same Canti as in LFB seeing as Canti is dead in LFB. I think this RPG should be 2000 years before the start of LFB, so lower the chance of any mix ups.) Canti is your good old young thief with a heart of gold, who lost his parents two years ago. Living on the streets (yet maintaining clean clothes somehow), he works by stealing from people, but most of the time, he gives the items back in exchange for a free meal. However, when he steals a strange staff from a strange man in a strange alleyway, on a strange night, his life strangely changes and he strangely faints. The next night he is found by the others of this RPG. That is when his quest begins.

Background of Yukiko:

A strange girl, she had pale sjkin and white hair, the only known of iin her village. Also she was extremely intelligent, and was able to master all that the village had to teach her in a few years, by the time she was 7, she realized that they had nothign more for her to learn. So she began to dabble in other arts,the most prominent being magic. She seemed to have a great power w/magic.

because of her strange looks and high intelligence, she was shunned, y all, including her parents. because of this, she grew to be cold and cynical to others, as a defense against the barbs and hate from othr villagers.

Unfortunately, when the elves awoke, theynoticed her. She ahd intelligence of the olden days, combined w/ magic strength of the knights, so the elves decided to use her. They bought her form her parents, and performed experiments upon her, first by adding hteir own blood to her, and then tey planned to add amind control type device into her, so tyhey'd have complete cntorl oer her. But the other party membrs arried right then, and saved her from the mind control, but still Yukiko was distraught fomr being sold tot he elves, and ha dnowhere to go, so she joined the paty, in both debt,a nd to have a place to be

Great! I love how this is going. And I sorta talked to OCB, but this is how I hope things will work out.

Since you pretty sincerely wanted a life and a prelude for your character (canti), this can be it, but it has nothing to do with LFB, just you character, so in the next LFB's you can refer back to this about Canti's life etc. In other words this has nothing to do with LFB, but has a character that later got into the LFB adventure.

Note, that's my take on how Canti should work out. However, I (personally) don't want EVERYONE who was in LFB to have this as their characters prelude. Mainly just because Canti was dead and OCB was first to ask... I think we can let him do that... not that I want to run things or anything, but I really think things might get confusing and sticky for people who WERENT in the first LFB if we start making references to it. Thus this is a totally different RPG. :-D

Also, great plot backgrounds for both of yall that gave one (xel and ocb). We'll need a couple of people that grew up in the same town and stuff, because otherwise we'll end up having EVERYONE with something like "and then they were found by the rest of the party". Who would the party be? N must obviously not be in the beginning group because he came in the Awakening (as I'd like to refer to it), and Xel and OCB already made backgrounds... so maybe the rest of yall should start out the quest and maybe after (a very short time, like within the first or second day) find OCB, Xel, and N. I think we should set a date to when this is to start... maybe after christmas vacations...?

Nevan, a humaniod type elf, tall in stature, was awakened, with the gaurdian elves. Eventually he started his daily training again, jogging, sit ups and lifting weights (eh might as well tie it in with my life. [img]tongue.gif[/img] ), with his brethern. One while out training with his brother, the a dark elf attacked, but only one, still being weak, Nevan and his brother, tried to fight together, but his brother was killed in the fight and Nevan burst into rage and noticed the dark elf was altered and had a fire glowing inside it. Suddenly a feeling swept over him... it was like floating in a pool of jello (for a lack of a better discription [img]tongue.gif[/img] ) and he released a blue energy wave from his hands around the area extingusing the flame, barely reviving his brother, and killing the dark elf by extingusing the flame of life in it. After that Nevan carried his brother back to the group and told them what had happened, and this elf "bleed" oil.

A few days past and his brother got better, but always had the same scar, and Nevan worked with the "Jello feeling" until he was finally good at it. But the problem was he could only do it limited times, as of not able to have access to it for awhile. He noticed it had healing effects and such.

One day he spoke to one of the Elders about it, they called it "Water Magic" and said Nevan came from a great warlord, and a great healer, his parents. Eventually he heard a lot of tales from the past and intensified his training daily. Then one day he met up with a group fighting a few dark elves... this is their story.

wow, this is looking good. I'm gonna use Canti and he'll be that white mage you want so badly. I'll post his stats later.
Also, I'll explain Psyco. He is one of my friends whom i know in real life. I've introduced him to these boards. He's interested in LFB as well as this. Hopefully we can fit him in.
But now we have more imporant issues. The name of this new RPG.
